When you contact us or collaborate with us

When you call or write to us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your inquiry. We use this to answer your inquiry and provide a quote. If an order is placed, we also use details regarding the order and your delivery preferences for production, delivery, invoicing, customer communication, and potential claims. We also retain this data to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Recipients of your information

How long we store your information

Cookies and statistics: Data from Google Analytics is deleted no later than 14 months after your last visit. The retention period for individual cookies can be viewed in our Cookie Policy (EU).
Inquiries: Data from inquiries is generally deleted 2 years after your last contact with us.
Orders and accounting: Order details are stored for 5 financial years from the end of the financial year to which they relate, to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Newsletter: Details regarding your subscription are deleted when you unsubscribe.

We may retain information longer if necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
